As I'm reading this, a whole was coming to mind, and it hits Homa that we are facing a big issue here right now in Nigeria and Sub Saharan Africa for example when it comes to structuring. It begs to say that, churning out contents is not enough if the STRUCTURE is not put in place. The interesting part of it is that the structuring will not be done if we are not ready to tackle the things that will make the structure stand the test of time.
Thank you Layo. You have really made me love coming to Substack to check for updates on new post.
This is exactly it. Creation can generate momentum, but only structure can sustain it. That’s the harder conversation because systems demand long-term thinking, coordination, and the willingness to solve foundational issues that aren’t always as visible as the content itself. Really glad this piece sparked that reflection, and I appreciate you consistently showing up to engage with the work. Thank you.
You have said it all.
You are welcome. Besides, I have learnt a lot from constant follow-up with the information from your end.
I really appreciated the efforts made to put all these together.
